Forever Human is a health building service based in the United Kingdom. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to Forever Human.

Our services

We provide one to one health building services, including the 10 Week Programme and associated free webinars. Our services are designed to support your health and wellbeing goals through personalised guidance and coaching.

Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any health or fitness programme.

Purchasing services

When you purchase a service from us, you will receive a written confirmation of the agreement, including the scope of services, fees, and payment terms.

Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer (purchasing services for personal, non-business use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us clearly stating your decision to cancel. If services have already begun within the 14-day period at your request, you may be charged for the proportion of services delivered up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and services have not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds for cancellations outside the statutory period will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and materials provided as part of our coaching services — is the intellectual property of Forever Human. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Human shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
